Ultimately, we all are searching for an elixir for our sickness that goes far beyond our physical symptoms. One that cures us from heartbreak and even prompts us to steer away from bad decisions. Well, there IS a formula to fix us and save us from our current state. Chris Lee Cobbins sets out to give you a dose of that very thing in his new EP "The Medicine"! The Grammy-nominated songwriter is re-introducing himself to the world with a project intended to help give clarity to the reason for our actions as well as point you to the cure to this sin-sickness. We're all sick. The cure is Jesus and his redeeming work has already stretched into eternity. This is such an honor to be able to use such a powerful medium (music) to not only give God glory but minister to th hearts and lives of people who are dyer need of inspiration. What's goin on folks!? I just started recording for the new album and I'm almost done mixing the first single "I Just Wanna Love You" featuring Sauce Remix. Still tossing around possible album titles but I have a lot to work with! This is becoming more of a curse than a gift! Lol. There will be a lot more collaborating on this project. I chose to omit features on Kryptonite so that you could be introduced to me as an artist. Now I'm able to show my love for working with other artists and I pray that you'll love what you hear! BREAKING NEWS!!! We have just decided on the lead single for the sophomore album (title to be named later)! The name of the song is "I Just Wanna Love You" featuring Kansas City recording artist Sauce Remix, produced by Brandon "B.Shock" Shockley of S.H.O.C.K. Muzik. Hello people. I wanted to fill you guys in on a new development. I have been fortunate enough to be able to work with Canadian Christian Hip Hop artist Fresh IE on a song called Flipped My Switch. My man B.Shock of S.H.O.C.K Muzik blessed me with a track that is coming along really well! Probably looking at recording that one within the next two weeks as well as finish the demos for the rest of the songs. I'm pretty sure I have the line-up now and it looks like 13 songs with a few features this time. Until next time...

Finished the demo for my first single on my next project today. I'm going to demo a bunch of songs before we go all the way in on it, probably choosing around 10 of the songs that have the best cohesiveness (is that a word?). I will keep you guys filled in on all of the developments of this journey. Also may hve a music video in the works if we can get a good premise and visual concept going. I'm so excited!!! A lot of new musical concepts and I finally get to produce this album with my brother! Let's Go Playground Music Group! (production team). I'm out people.

Preparing for the first leg of the Eye Witness Tour! We kick off July 24 in Kansas City, MO, then we hit Dallas, TX July 25 and 26! I can't wait to get there...never been to Texas before...anxious to fellowship with the saints there. I'm gonna perform "I Need an Abortion" for the first time in Kansas City and I hope that people understand it and receive it well.
